Things must be getting a little bit hot under the collar at DRI HQ,thousands of ex members refusing to pay,DRI call in the bully boys/girls of daniels silverman debt agency demanding pay up or else not sure what the else is as they have to prove there is debt, and as i am disputing debt, they have now come up with a new offer 20% off the fees owed and i will be allowed to leave, but im quite enjoying the fight so i will continue to send out letters,i look forward to my day in court, but i dont think that will happen,as of yet not one person has had the pleasure, for all you people out there dont worry, look up.. daily mirror blog site.. diamond resort.and the best yet.. drips protesters group over 1300 non payers join now its free:rotfl:

I am a fixed time share owner and have refused to pay for the past 3 years, and i have just recieved a letter from DRI threatening debt collectors, and i have asked them to proceed with a county court action. i would love to meet them in court!:rotfl:

I don't think Incentive Leisure Group has any connection with Diamond Resorts International.

  • I signed up to this forum two years ago to defend the slander that my colleagues were facing (notice that I say "colleagues" and not "company") and didn't check any of the replies after my post. Out of curiousity, I've just spent some time catching up.

In response to some of the ignorant and disgraceful comments I've seen...
I make no apologies for being rude to the Diamond employees, they are worse than scum.

How dare you. We're all "worse than scum," are we? I just had a bad experience with a company, where one member of staff let me down, reflecting poorly on the company. I don't go around saying "every person who works [there] is scum." You're the real scum, you ignorant, pathetic fool.

I see yet another semi-illiterate post from an employee of this scam company. Do they only employ people who fail English and grammar tests?

How dare you as well. How do you know you're not talking to someone who doesn't speak English as their first language? Regardless, I know CEOs of respectable companies who can't spell to save their lives - doesn't mean they're not smart people in other areas. Just because one or two of the other DRI staff who came on here weren't great at English doesn't mean that everyone who works at the company is poor at spelling and grammar.

Let's be clear - I am not defending the company. Say what you want about the company. I was an admin there from 2007-8. I hated working there. I wasn't trained in my role properly (yet the management relished in any opportunity to point out any of my mistakes). Some of the staff were horrible people. But guess what? You get that anywhere! Everywhere! Every company! I've worked for a few companies since (one of which is a household name who are seen as one of the best companies to work for in the UK) and even they were shocking.

I understand that people on here want to rant and vent after having bad experiences with DRI and want to warn others. That's fair enough. You know what? You do that. But I will not tolerate rude, ignorant and childish comments directed at all or any of the staff, the majority of whom were decent, respectable people who were just trying to earn an income to get by. For those of you who do say such things, I hope you are ashamed of yourselves.

Im sure all the people you have lied to at your "sales" presentations would agree with me that your company is pure scum.

All your company does is cause misery to a great many of its "customers" by lies, deceit, malpractice, greed, and outright fraud IMO.

I disagree. "Decent respectable people etc" would not work for such a concern. Full stop.

Hi John, you may want to start a new thread in the forum (if you click on the "Praise, Vent & Warnings" link at the top of the page and then click the New Thread button - there should be one at the top and bottom of the list of threads), and go from there.

It's just so we can keep Diamond in this thread and Incentive Leisure Group (ILG for short) in another and not get confused between them.
  • A new website has been set up by a group protesting about Diamond Resorts International. The site address is:
    drip.enjin.com

The group call themselves DRIP (Short for DRIProtesters )Membership is free, and members share their concerns and investigate ways of freeing themselves from Diamond Resorts.

I would be very careful about joining this site (DRIP), there is something definitely not right about it? You cannot read any of the post etc until you have given your full name and address? Be careful.
