Has anyone yet that are not happy with their timeshare got a refund based on the new Spanish law that regards timeshare as a property and so comes under the property laws, meaning a refund in full if you bought after 1999. HAPPY DAYS0

Good Morning Bissime,
How about giving all some concrete information about what you are alleging.
Is what you are alleging only applicable if one bought his TS in Spain ?
What TS are you referring to you - the 'old' system or the flexible points system ?
Kindly amplify.
Thank You

Hello, my husband wanted to get me weekend away gift for Christmas but it turned out to be a absolute nightmare. The company he bought it from had a pop up window on which he clicked and wanted to purchase this weekend in Cumbria for £99. The link didn't work so he phoned the number given and made a payment over the phone. But instead of taking £99 like said on the advert they have taken £999. That was money for living for the whole month and now we've got nothing left. Don't know what to do. Bank said they will investigate but how long and do we have any chances of getting the money back? Please help the pop up window was called gateway0

You've picked on an old thread (10 years ago!) on which to post and you've done it in the Praise, Vent and Warnings forum. You would be better starting your own thread and posting in the Consumer Rights forum and give as much detail as you can without giving away personal information.0
