feeling a bit sheepish now cos it appears that they have taken a payment on 1st June (i obviously didnt search well enough - not very MSE is it??).:o

I pay on the 22nd so not everybody pays on the same date.

I will be cancelling my DD as soon as they go off air.

They won't be allowed to take payments for a service they are not providing.

I've just cancelled my account anyway which is 30 days from my next payment (15th June). It doesn't look like I'm going to get 30 days of viewing from that date, so should I just cancel my direct debit now, or wait and see what happens?

I am wondering the same thing, do I cancel my DD now I have written to them cancelling Setanta.

Was just wondering what is the best way to successfully cancel setanta at the minute as I have been unsuccessful with a few attempts?
