i would but its 35 miles!

why does that not surprise me..............................

well you could.. I am not suggesting you actually do this...... you could fill your car up in the normal way and use the card to purchase, it will be refused (cahoot is having problems its been on national news etc) and you will be asked to provide your home details and some form of ID that you will be expected to leave with the petrol station. Then get to work and when your card is activated over the phone from work, I'm sure they will let you use the phone if you ask them, then return to garage after work and settle with them.

Perhaps it would be easier to start walking now.......
  • My accounts will be transfered as soon as possible. I had been very satisfied with them over the last 8 years but all my customer satisfaction has evaporated with this pathetic ineptitude.
I couldn't agree more and will be doing exactly the same and closing my 3 accounts with Cahoot - if I ever get near them again.

Nearly logged in. off 2 bed now, will try again at 5am and let you all know if it works.
My computer says it's opened the page - 'Done' - but nothing to see except a line and the word cahoot. Never would have believed when I began this thread yesterday that this would be where we were tonight
So I'm off to bed too. Hope you have better luck at 5am.
  • may be worth others trying now
  • I got in!!!!
  • Just managed to get fully into my account for about 6 seconds, after trying for 2 days. Shows that a large transfer I was expecting was credited 16th - phew!!

Seems that Juan has started putting a few euros in the meter to get the site up
  • After trying several times over the last days to move some money from my cahoot saving account to my cahoot current account to cover a direct debit due shortly, I finally succeeded 10 minutes ago.

I had to try 10-15 times - sometimes you would get thrown out at the login process ("session timeout"), then not all frames were showing, then I got as far as showing the transactions of my savings account. But when I wanted to withdraw I got the "session timeout" error again. After a few more tries, and a few more "session timeout" errors, I finally managed to move some money from my savings account to my current account. As always, it showed immediately in my current account.

Good luck to all of you!
