this is driving me mad! ive got no food and no money to get to work tomorrow! somebody lend me 20 quid!
  • well ive managed to log in twice, but can't get into each account to check details, only balances on home screen. Also, am a bit concerned that when I get past the username/memerable q and get to the choose 2 letters bit, when I choose them they're staying on screen rather than having an asterix!!

well I guess If I were you I would get to bed very soon, and get up early enough to walk or jog to work, once there you will be able to get help, but try really hard not to be late, in fact you could email them tonight to explain that you are having to get to work without transport.

Why should you save with us?

In addition to the increase in the FSCS compensation limit, you have the added piece of mind that Abbey’s parent company, the Santander Group, is one of the worlds largest banks:
    • Santander is one of the 10 largest banks in the world by market capitalisation
    • Santander has an AA* credit rating and a strong retail focus
    • Santander has over 65 million customers with more branches worldwide than any other international bank
All of which adds up to even more peace of mind when you save with us.

  • My accounts will be transfered as soon as possible. I had been very satisfied with them over the last 8 years but all my customer satisfaction has evaporated with this pathetic ineptitude.
