No doubt they will be compensating all their customers for the inconvenience and worry.

What about compensation for the credit black marks people will be getting if monies don't arrive at credit cards etc on time?

I have written to darlinga@parliament.uk to ask him whether he can send some strong words to Matthew Timms and the Chief of Banco Santander.

Not holding my breath, of course, the man might have one or two other higher priority items to deal with. But may be whoever deals with his email might take some action.

Not working at all for me. Just get a flicker when I press the login button, then re-display of the page where they brag about their Which? award.

Yep, and was able to check through my DD's to make sure none were due in the last 2 days. It's now got to the point of being too slow to use. There was another apology in my secure messages, but still no explanation.

Things are at least looking up.
