Has anyone else had problems getting through to Powergen by telephone? For the last few days I've been trying to phone them but end up on hold for about 20 minutes then I just give up (Its an 0800 number so doesnt cost me anything).
I know they used to allow you to leave your name and number and they would ring you back to avoid people staying on hold, but they seem to have stopped that.0 -

They must have lost customers hand over fist in this area, now doing roadshows to discuss issues face to face !!
I would not go with them if MD gave me a ******* !!0 -
LOL wish this thread a Happy birthday tommorow ! Bet we will not get one from Powergen.0

The roadshows are part of powergens way to show customers that they are willing to discuss issues with customers face to face.
Since the original post powergen have gone from being bottom as someone pointed out to number 2 in the energywatch league tables at at present are in line to challenge for first place.
This has happened since they were taken over by E.on.
Not quite sure why you have bought up an 8 month old thread. But if it lightens your day up0 -

They may have done lots of work but they have got such a bad reputation locally so it will take a very long time for people to trust them again ! (bearing in mind the whole power industry has a poor c/s image and mud sticks)0 -

Your opinion - But obviously that can't be strictly true or they would still be bottom of the energywatch league tables.
Sounds to me like you just hold a grudge and think that by dragging this up its going to make a difference. Check out the posts on here in the previous month there is probably very little regarding powergen on here.0
