Morning. Just off to get the sticky(hope I can do it)
Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.
And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

Morning Annie.... The sticky will be on yesterday's post. Just highlight it with your mouse copy and paste on to today...
All is well here. Very wet and miserable. Glad I am not camping.
I managed to finish the patio yesterday in between the showers and start on renovating a garage/shed. I was going to finish that today, but you can't plaster in the rain.
Did wetherspoons steak night last night, which was not too bad for £6.49. Wish I could get some of their vouchers!
Work at 5pm today, later cover. I hate it, but it's only the odd week 2-3 times a year.
Have a nice day....NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0 -
Hi - just a quickie from me for now because I'm running late!
Sorry, N9EAV, but it's lovely and sunny here at the moment! Looks like it will be a nice day - I hope it clears up where you are! Glad you've finished the patio!
Well, I've been up for ages and don't know where the time has gone. I have managed to write a letter to a friend that is long overdue - she's not online so I have to actually sit and write it!
Anyway, I have to wake DH up for work now so I'll call back a bit later!
(((Hugs))) for now and I hope everyone has a good day.
See you later.

Morning All
Raining here this morning although I think it will stay warm. Having my hair chopped this morning so it's bound to be raining as I come out so you won't even that I've been!
Just sorting my odd socks out and finishing getting the clothes together - still got some ironing to do but not much I need to take away with me so the rest may get left until I get back!
Hope everyone has a good day.
Hugs to all

Morning Guys!
I can't sleep as I have such a headache, so have taken something and hope it will settle down soon. Sitting here with a huge glass of water just to make sure Im not dehydrated
DD is at a sleepover tonight, so OH & I are going to have a treat of an Indian (if I can eat ok?) and a film.
I have the nurse coming in around 8am and back again later. OH has to put a perscription in for me and a letter as I still havent received my Glucose Testing Machine.
Have to be abit better by Friday as my sister is moving and she needs OH to drive the van/lorry and they live about an hour away. Once Im there though, I can lay/sit down, so not a problem and will be niece seeing my niece and nephew. She would have taken all the small stuff over already by then as she got the keys last week, so its just the big stuff she needs help with and her new BF is as thick as 2 planks...even though he's abit older than us!!!
WM will be going on soon and everything else is done as OH made sure it was all clear last night...bless him.
Anyway, I hope everyone is well and ok.

HJ-Hope your appointment went OK?
Hugs to all.

Morning Anniestar, N9eav and all who follow
i`ve not caught up with the last few pages of yesterdays thread yet so i hope that i`ve not missed too much, i`ll do it later when i get a break hopefully.
The weather is a big muggy here atm but definitely cooler than it has been for the last few days. I went down the garden this morning to water the plants in the gh and it seemed a bit better for them, i think it has been far too hot for my tomatoes recently.
I did remember to put the bm on last night before bed so DH can take the loaf out before walking the monsters shortly. Went to Asda last night for a new shower curtain (which they didn`t have) and came away with a huge yellow stickered pack of catfood, it was the classic in tins which our little black cat loves and it was only £4.50 for 24 tins :j when i took them all out of the split wrapping at home there wasn`t a single damaged one so i`m very pleased with that little find!
Sistercas - i did notice that you were thinking of starting a vegetable patch, give it a go.
I started one this year and although i have had a few hiccups i can highly recommend itHow is your cat?
Donny_gal - DH and i are still looking for a mutual day off so that he can drive me, i`ll let you know as soon as we have one and see if it`s convenient for you too.
I`ll drop in later to catch up.
Have a lovely day peeps.

Good morning all
Last day at home today, hubby got the day off today too. Back at work tomorrow. Have some of mum's insurance cheques to pay in and also some of her final bills to pay today. Want to look around for a new microwave too. Our one is looking rather manky and rusty inside now.
Apart from that am doing nothing except some essential ironing today. Will make up for things next week.
Have a good day everyone0 -

anniestar Happy Birthday :bdaycake: Hope you have a lovely day
Lightening visit here for me as DGS is sitting watching Bucket full of Dinosaurs or something like that.It wasn't as cold as predicted so that's a bonus. Cleaned the house out this morning and made a loaf of bread & cake. I was to host Mass here tomorrow morning and supply m'tea but Father is sick. Not to worry, we will eat the cake.
Pink Welcome back. Shame about the fleas.
Well I'll come back later when I have a bit more time up my sleeve. Hope you all have a lovely day. ByeeeeeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
