why not upgrade your bank account to get free phone insurance? I know RBS royalties gold offer free phone insurance and is £12pm. Free travel insurance aswell.......

cheaper than just paying £12 for the phone insurance..........

hold off tho as on the 14th Dece Tesco should be releasing the iphone and prices will be available either then or just before......

The general feeling is that Apple dictate the price that can be charged, so the Tesco price should be the same as O2 and Orange...

They refuse to give you contract details in writing, make misleading statements and missell their products (they have been fined for this), renew contracts even though you specifically ask them not to, ignore your letters of complaint to Customer Services (even the CEO has not had the courtesy to respond so I can't blame the incompetent department that claims to be their customer services department).

What you don't want is an iphone that gives you more grief than satisfaction and the chances are that this is what you'll get if you deal with CPW.

Not done this b4, but I had to say something about this. My daughter was missold a contract from cpw. I was there when girl offered her a package deal we accepted, I left the shop to go elsewhere my daughter had to go to the bank for proof. When she came back the girl told her the package had changed, she lost lots of minutes, free internet and 100s of txts but still charged same price. I wasn't there and this was her first contract so she didn't know she could refuse, now she's stuck for 24mths.
