  • A Google Android based phone is probably the best alternative. Similar features (touch screen, wifi, gps, camera) but less restricted and a lot faster than an iPhone 3GS.

Google don't ban all the good apps either.

Whats faster on an Android phone? I have used a few and none are as fast as my 3GS.

Plus there are a lot more apps on the iPhone.

Slim to none I would guess...on both counts. A guy posting on the o2 upgrade thread said that the iPhone prices will only fall in Jan, probably in time with a 32g version or something.

Hopefully the price drop will happen soon. I badly want an iPhone. :o

Seems too cheap, anyone had any dealing with the above website?
  • Google them for horror stories and possible scam site. I can't post a link as I'm not allowed but I found some in seconds.

Why not just get a 16GB PAYG off the Apple Site @ £440.40, less if you go via Quidco, obviously you have to use O2 though as your provider.
