I've tried contacting them and sending emails in the past as you very well know it doesn't work does it Ben

The £100 cashback via Quidco for O2 Simplicity 12 month contract is back. If you can afford to pay for an iPhone up front, then the Simplicity deal is good value.

Hi, am interested in the 3GS 16gb but as a T-mobile customer of 9 years and recently having come out of contract I feel a little hard done at having to pass on all the customer loyalty benefits available to me if I was to renew with them. Interested to know what others have done/would recommend? Thanks

I ordered the phone 10 days ago and I've now had the phone for a week - still nothing on Quidco. is it normal to wait this long? Jacki1981's seemed to take a long time but I'm worried I'm going to lose the £60 for this silly Bluetooth headset...

dont know if this helps but i ordered my phone 2 days ago without the bluetooth and it has tracked on quidco at 1p as expected.

Doesn't sound like good news! Thanks for the info. Although it is stated on here that the headset will not interfere with cashback I wonder if Quidco will see it that way if I launch an earnings enquiry next week.
