Just rang 02 retentions, offered me a similar deal on a refurb 8GB 3G iPhone that people have had before, but no refurbed 16GB/32GB 3GSs in stock at the moment. Anyone know when they tend to get more in?

Nope but I was told phone on Wednesday so we'll see.

I currently have a iphone on 02 with the £35 tarif and a unlimited txt bolt on for £7.50. I tied to upgrade today as my contract is out and get one of the refurbed iphone 3GS's but they were out of stock and o2 seemed not very happy to move on the price. Ideally i would of been happy to stay on the tarif i was on if i could get a 3gs for nothing but they wanted me to pay £114 for it which i thought was a bit steap.

Are there any other options I could try? I'm considering getting a payg sim and waiting for the 4g iphone to come out in the summer. What does everyone else thing?

I rang today but no luck, tomorrow begins my last month (thought was today whoops)
Has anyone tried getting a cheaper monthly deal by not including the wifi? I would want the data but wifi isn't any use to me. I'm guessing not but will give it a try tomorrow.

Has anyone managed to beat GazH's:

refurb Iphone 16GB 3GS black: £39
monthly tariff £26 (75 mins, 150 text unlimited web and wifi)

Not too bothered about mins n txt's, don't use that much. I'm after cheap as poss monthly with the unlimited data really.

If I use a Tesco iPhone with a simplicity O2 sim, will I get free wi-fi in the Cloud etc.

I understand that I will get free internet as I have the required bolt-on but can't work out if I need something special done to get the free wi-fi.
