Do they have them in stock though? and thats not a valid tariff ???? no iphone tariffs have 275mins and txts,

they can reduce existing tariffs but they cant just make them up,

I thought was an odd number of minutes, having been looking over the tariffs, I asked him twice and he said was 275 :undecided
Yeah it was in stock, he said would probably receive on Monday but I received an txt not long ago saying it had been dispatched and should receive tomorrow.

I'll get the paper work with the phone so will confirm mins/txts when I get it.

Just checked online, I'm on the iPhone O2 30 plan plus 200 extra minutes hence the 275. Text are 125 not 275, my bad.

works out an extra £126 for a new one then as the refurbs where free on a £28pm contract tho that was 16gb 3GS.

did you ask about a New 16gb 3GS ? was it any cheaper per month ?

The girl offered me a new 16gb 3gs but then I was a bit cheeky and asked if I could have a new 32gb 3gs. She said it was my lucky day and that was fine. I wasn't too bothered about a reduction in the monthly tariff as this phone should have cost me £279 (the 32gb is £100 more than the 16gb).

It was definitely new as it came in the iphone box rather than the plain cardboard box other people have mentioned. Also came the with the remote earphones rather than the older ones that (some) people have got with the refurbs.

Really, I have just been tgold that they can't discount the iPhone and it will always be the same price. Who did you talk to? Do you have a name ?

    Her name was Rachel.
  • I've tried O2 every day this week, and they have told me to call back the next day. On Wednesday spoke to a guy, and he said that they've got them in - but they've not gone through the system yet, and that I should call back the next day.

Spoke with a lass yesterday, who informed me that they hadn't had any stock in for over a week.

    Now who's telling lies?!?!

I thought O2 were good with customer service, but this experience is making me think otherwise.

I'll call back again, and if I miss out again - I shall more than likely end my contract with O2 - as trust is a very big thing. Plus I'm wasting my lunchtimes being stuck on hold.

    2021
    DFW 2021 - £6,851.06 / £7,147.80 (95.85%)

I got fed up being told to call back the next day, and they still werent in stock after 4 yesterday, so I went for the 8gb 3g instead, wont make a great deal of difference to me as ive never had the 3gs so i wont know any difference in speed, £25 18 month 600 mins 500 texts, with free phone so im happy enough,

Let me know if you get it.
I got a letter confirming deal and the fact I would get refurb etc, but it didn't turn up and when I phoned they just said they were out of stock.
