I dialed 202 from my mobile, and went through the options to be put through to O2 Retentions. You arent charged for the phone call, that way.

This Afternoon, managed to get a free Reconditioned iPhone 3G 16GB, 600 mins,500 texts and Unlimited date / Wi-Fi. For £33 a month on an 18th Month contract.

When tried to upgrade online, they had wanted £189 for the phone and £35 a month for the same contract.

I am coming to the end of my contract with the O2 through carphonewarehouse (18 month contract) and they are giving me poor deals with the I phone .

Has anyone got any luck with getting I phones from them or are Tesco's deals the cheapest ?

All the deals being offered by carphonewarehouse are about £200 more than the Tesco deal for 12 months!!!

I might buy a PAYG using my Tesco Card (12 months interest free), then use my current O2 sim (500 mins, 400 text, unlimited web)

they arent unlocked, but an o2 sim will work in a Tesco iPhone (as Tesco actually operates on the o2 network).

O2, 18mth contract, free 16gb 3gs iphone white refurb,600 mins, 500 txts, unlimited wifi & internet, £28 per month (discounted from £35).
Could of had a free 32gb iphone for £35 per month, but couldn't do any discount on the plan.
They had a delivery of 16 & 32gb in white & black refurbs.

How did you manage to get the discount? I spoke to a really unhelpful man at o2 retentions about half an hour ago, who would not shift on anything and would only offer me the 16gb 3G not 3GS? He also said that he could not offer me the unlimited text bolt on for free which i can see others have had for free, and this would cost and extra £7.50 per month!! Has anyone else found this?

Is just what they offered, been with o2 bout 3yr on £20 month plan.
others have had a 32gb and had reduced plan.for what we use it for 16gb will do fine.so we were happy

Been on O2 simplicity 30-day rolling contract for 2 months...Rang this morning and offered
18mth contract, free 16gb 3gs iphone black refurb, 600 mins, 500 txts, unlimited wifi & internet, £31 per month (discounted from £35). Said, no 32gb in stock though...Thought it was a good deal, so took it..Just went through to retentions through 202 from O2.
