I didn't get home form work till 11pm:eek: after working for 11 and a half hours so was peckish and had a small slice of toast and marmalade, I also had a tiny slice of cake:o

So am now tierd and groachy!!
To cap it all have just weighed and have put on 1lb :eek: making me
11 stone which has made me feel even worse!!!
My logical mind tells me that I've had an unusual week with the wedding weekend so thats probably why, but Im off on holiday next week for two weeks so know theren is more temptation on the horizon!! Anyway enough moaning I have 5 days before I go and need to be sensible now.
Anyway on a possitive note the sun is shining and the washing is out :j
Well done to Mummygems, Lainie, beanielou and M.E
So today I am on a mission to stick to my meal plan and get out for a run and get all my jobs done!!

morning all, and well done to all the losers!
mari - i think you've done pretty well to only put on a lb if you've been at a wedding, i'm always terrible at them (more the booze than the food)!
i had a pretty good day yesterday, stuck to my food an went to spin after work. slight slip up in that i ended up having a cheese salad bagel for my tea as i got home late, but it was all that i had, and i didn't use any spread. and the best thing is, the cheese in the fridge is now FINISHED so no more temptation!!!
today:
b - bran flakes, all bran and sultanas with skimmed milk
l - rice salad with lots of veggies, some tuna and a teaspoon of sundried tomato pesto
s - strawberries, apple, yoghurt (waitrose fat free prune, yum!)
t - not sure, my flatmate is cooking as her dad is visiting us, but she's on a major healthkick so sure it will be something lean)
i'm going to try not to have any wine tonight either (As i usally would when we have guests). i've been feeling really run down lately so am having a whole week of staying in and not drinking (well, until the weekend!). work drinks this evening but should be quite easy to have a diet coke i think
have a great day everyone - hope everyone's nice and busy to stop us all snacking!!0 -

He moans if I put cleaning stuff back in the wrong gap under the sink too :rolleyes:
Every now and then I move ornaments round just to bug him
Anyway, food today:
oats soaked in water with raisins, nana and syrup
Snacks crispsapple, pear
Lunch - potato salad with sweetcorn and tinned salmon

Afternoon folks,
Didn't get to post yesterday, but I ate:
B.2 weetabix with dried fruit and milk ( no bananas);
L. small serving of cold squash risotto;
D. 4 homemade fish cakes with chilli sauce, new potatoes with butter (!);
S. Kiwi, glass red wine.
Congratulations to the losers...hoping that there will be something gone to-morrow as I STS last week and have been reasonably well behaved...not a lot of exercise beyond minimum housework.
Today I have eaten:
B 1 weetabix and banana;
L. 2 cold potatoes with coffee;
D. May roast a butternut squash or do a stirfry with lots of veggies...depends on humour later on.
Dinner was in fact smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, some deepfried onion rings, black coffee and the end of the smoothie that DGS1 left.
Have just had quarter of a melon and a pear...12.25 am
Good luck all
