Yesterday I had:
B - blue top milky coffee
L - cup soup
D - spag bol
S - small box of yogurt covered raisins
Breakfast today was a gold top milky coffee, and I've just had lunch of ham sandwiches, HM bread and I cooked a bacon joint last night (glazed with marmalade) so that was HM too. No idea what to do for dinner tonight just yet
Hope everyone's having a reasonable day! WI for me tomorrow, hoping I've lost some more..."...And if it don't feel good, what are you doing it for?" - Robbie Williams - 'Candy'0 -
Hi guys
I've been on hols which is why I haven't been on here for a few weeks. Diet has gone a bit squiffy but am starting afresh on monday. Even better, dad is joining me which should be extra motivation in terms of preparing decent meals.
I'm not weighing myself for a while as it gets me depressed to see gains so am having a few weeks break from the scales. Therefore I can't join the August challenge, but am still determined to really go for it! Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Change of plan for lunch. Had a wander up the garden when I got in from work. I picked my first batch of baby carrots, peas and more runner beans so decided to eat them with some of my batch-cooked mince. DELICIOUS!!!! Feel like a proper OS'er today.:j New Year, New You = 1.5lb/12lb:j0

Morning all!
an early post for me as I'm off to the hospital at 8am.
For tea yesterday we ended up having a fish pie with cheese and broccoli(Birdseye I'm afraid as it was late by the time we got back) we did have home grown peas and french beans with it and a bit of mash.
Today i havent got any plans either as its a very busy day again but so far I've just had some soaked muesli for breakfast.
Good luck to those weighing in today!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Morning Toni and Tappy and all who follow,
Hope all goes ok at the Hospital Tappy and RS :A
Well, didn't know wether to weigh this morning or not. RS and I had made a deal not to weigh until Aug 31st but we were worried that I would be thinking all was ok and I was loosing weight, but in reality I wasn't. We discussed it and I did weigh as I couldn't cope not knowingAnyway, after a week of eating lots but NOT bingeing I have lost 6lb.
To say I am pleasently supprised is the understatement of the thread. I'll let you all into a little secret. On Tuesday I did something I never do. Actually, I dont think I have ever managed it before............... I had a packet of Vegan Choc Buttons, and then nothing else. I did not binge.
I didn't really know wether it was a good idea as that sort of thing always leads to a binge and I was feeling SO possitive. But, I thought I needed to test myself as normal people do have chocolate and then stop eating. It was a risky strategy. I do like to make things difficult for myself though don't I? I savoured the whole packet and sucked each one to within an inch of it's chocoltaty little life. They were the lovliest thing I'd had in ages and I really enjoyed every little bit, and for some very unusual reason they were enough.
I know the key to sucess is not to deprive yourself and have a little of what you fancy. I have listened to MrsM saying it for a year. As an addict that is the hardest thing to do. But, like I said to RS, I am so tired of fighting the toad, and I want to beat him once and for all. He really hates it when I'm in control and he shrinks away sulking. It is hard, very hard and I really had to concentrate, but I did it.
I'm going to Sainsbugs today and I'm buying another packet to have as my Friday treat. I have no doubt that I will binge again, I am only Frog. But, I will carry on. I will take each day as it comes. I will keep trying. Oneday, the Toad will get the message
Have a good one Guys and Good Luck to the others weighing in this morningSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

thats fantastic frogga:j well done on not bingeing, i cant eat chocolate anymore, actually find i dont miss it one bit, chocoltae is my mega weakness so if i have one then i have the whole lot:D
well this week hasnt gone well for me, havent really gone out so havent been feeling my cheery self to exercise, so have put on 1.5lb:o thats my first gain since i have started.
Normally that would make me just give me but i am determined to do it this time, got my incentive to lose weight for floida next october, want to get into a slinky bikini:D
Also have started a bad habit of having cereal each evening, i say every morning i am not doing that again but find every night that i do!
