How did I know you could say something possitive? Do you ever tire of being so optimistic?

Frogga: "Oh no MrsM! My roof blew off in last night's hurricane  "
MrsM: "Oh how lovely ~ sleeping beneath the stars :A "

    Anyone on WW?

Wanting help with some points and didn't know where to post it - so sorry if it's not in the right place :)

Went to 'the living room' for lunch had the grilled chicken (carefull my halo might slip!!!)

But it was a skin ON grilled chicken breast with a thin cream sauce... would have been rude not to eat it - but wondered what to point it as???

Was guestimating 12 to be on the safe side - what do you think????

hi , i'm on ww and have access to there website so if ever you or anyone needs any info just let me know.

chicken breast with skin - 3.5points
couldnt find anything under cream sauce but single cream is 1point per tablespoon and double is 2 points per tablespoon.
what is fondant potato as nothing came up under that either ?

    Evening ladies:hello:

Just had sweet potato and lentil burgers with new pots, salad and a blob of hummus for my tea. I'll save my yoghurt for a snack later on.

I ate my after lunch cherries on the bus on the way home and might finish the rest later - I LOVE cheries :D
I must do the ironing tonight  No excuses today!

Beanielou - STS is better than a gain :T

    Well done Mummygems :T :T

I'm noticing the effects of avoiding bread, my tummy is much flatter and I don't feel as bloated, I just hope OH doesn't decide to make any of his luscious malted flake this weekend

Well, I can't avoid it any longer  the ironing board beckons......

You missed my NON optomistic head earlier... between next doors dog howling all afternoon after being shut in the basement, and the other side vibrating the house to death because they had their base on the TV was SOOOOO high  had a blinding head ache.... told next door about the base and asked her to turn it down..it stopped briefly then started again  ... so in the morning im up REALLY bright n early and putting the vaccum on the stairs (it backs onto her bedroom;) ) oohh and it will be going on again every morning and then in the afternoon when she takes a nap-until she learns some common courtesy and consideration
see frogga im not always possitive.... but its stopped now "so everything is bright n rosey again" :rotfl:

Found 2 old SW mags and both have 20 cashew nuts down as a syn free snack! As part of the 7 day meal plans!!

Looked in my old book and 8 syns!

So not sure what to do now? Bought a big bag. they where plain, unsalted un roasted natural nuts.

Just had a boiled egg and a cup of tea.

Finding it hard not to have a drink-drink, the wine bottle is calling me, might have to snd both Ds`s to bed so i can go too!

    Hi Guys,

Had a good food day today - stuck to my eating which means i've had a great and confident day.

I know what you mean rockie4 about cheeries, i love them with yoghurt and can sit all day like that!!!!

Thanks for everyone's continued support - its invaluable!!!

    Tomorrow food

    B - 3 wheetabix and milk
L - Porbably out at a friends so likely to be cheese on toast or something like that - I'll just have to try and watch what I eat
D - Also likely to be out at friends still - so unsure - again I'll try and be sensible.

Has anyone got any tips for low kcal food???

My current fav is jelly, but getting bored of that..... Don;t really like salad which hinders me, but I do love my veggies which I do raw occasionally, but as I keep them frozen - its more difficuly

    Thanks again

    Evening all -again :D

Hi rambler ..what things are you looking for? things to pack up for lunch, main meals..or snackypoos?

With the jelly -im an addict too (i make up 4 pints at a time :p) -my current fave being raspberry jelly with bottled cherries in mmmmmmmm I find that fruit in jelly and then just enough yog/fromage frais to cover the top makes it almost like a trifle ;)
At the moment its cherries, jelly and HM natural yog...nomnomnom
