I had a big jacket potato with tuna, cheese and spring onion on for tea and it was lovely! Had raspberries in sugar free jelly for afters but that was horrid because the raspberries were sooooooooo sour!
Well done Suzid!

Hi all again - thanks for the encouragement - couldn't find the page yesterday- can be so dumb sometimes anyway.
Goal this month- I'm aiming not to have any binge days. I haven't weighed myself in a while... Hate scales in general, so I normally measure my waist as a guide. Ok was a VERY big boy once at 17.8 stone and measuring 50 inches around the waist.
Ok just weighed myself and i'm 13.7 stone. If I aim to lose 4 pounds this month - I'll be happy - slow and patient.
Today food
B- 2 toast and ham
L - 3 toast, ham and cheese
S - 2 cereal bars
D - Canaloni and beetroot ( pardon any spelling)
S- Low fat jelly
Tomorrow
B- 3 wheetabix and milk
L- Fresh made pea soup and 1 bread and ham
d - Soup again with the bread and ham
S- Frozen fruit and yogout
S- Low fat jelly
Hope every one's had a lovely day - big hugs

Evening folks!
Gadgets I have:
Breadmaker (Panasonic) (use three times a week or so)
Kenwood electric slicer (as above)
Sandwich toaster (never use unless DS demands cheap bread then he uses it)
Toaster (use twice a week)
George-type grill thingo (never use)
Slow cooker (rarely use now there's only three of us)
Kenwood Chef (in the back of the cupboard since it started smoking)
Braun food processor (rarely use)
Kenwood food processor (small one but not mini chopper a la Delia) (use once a week or so)
Popcorn maker (rarely use)
Ice cream maker (rarely use)
Juicer (never use, was crap last time I tried it)
Filter coffee machine (rarely use)
Electric mincer / sausage stuffer (rarely use)
Microwave (use every day)
Kettle (use three times a week)
Doughnut maker (rarely use)
Okay I think I have too many gadgets :rotfl:
I did have a deep fat frier but I threw it out because it was rubbish. I don't have a stick blender, although I'd like one, because they just seem too fat and heavy for my very small hands.
Eats today, I've had:
B - gold top milky coffee, two sugars
L - small amount of soup and two slices of HM bread and butter
S - nectarine
D - five battered fish fingers in a slice of HM buttered bread with two processed cheese slices and tartare sauce - my version of a filet-o-fish, followed by three large spoonsful of cold leftover custard from last night.
Right, off to bed... hope the poorlies get better soon, (((hugs))) to anyone that needs them!"...And if it don't feel good, what are you doing it for?" - Robbie Williams - 'Candy'0 -

Hello everybody,
Suzid...I thought that I was the oldest on here....63 going on 18...I will be most upset if there is anyone older, so lie if you are!
Marie
No worries MarieYou are older than me
Phew, I was begining to feel ancient:rolleyes:
Nibbled a couple more rice cakes with a scrape of peanut butter last night as I didn't fancy fruit but otherwise I was good....except I didn't do the ironing:o so I've got one of my 'best' t-shirts on for work today
I'm on the bus today so I've had a 30min walk already (couldn't face the 2nd bus:eek: )
I'm eating soaked oats, soya yoghurt and raspberries with a drizzle of honey for brekkie. I've got homegrown salad with avocado and hummus for lunch with a slice of rye bread if I need it, loads of fruit for snacks.
Tea will probably be sweet potato and lentil burgers with spuds and salad but I might change my mind on that one......
Glad you're feeling better Tappy :T
Later folks :A0 -
Hi All,
Didn't post yesterday as I was busy. We went to see Mamma Mia last night and I succumbed to a white chocolate Magnum but it doesn't seem to have affected the scales so far. I can't wait for a weekly weigh in but tend to hop on them at least once a day. We really enjoyed the film and the music has been going through my head ever since - even in my dreams!
It's shopping day today. We stock up once a month in Lidl but make a trip out of it as it's 40 miles away. I shall also change library books and pop into BHS as they have a sale on today with a discount for loyalty card holders. It's my favourite shop for clothes at present as their Petite section really fits well.
I don't have most of the gadgets everyone else has. My favourite has to be the combination microwave oven I bought in May. I have only used my big oven once since - have baked, roasted and done meals for up to 4 in the convection part of the combination ever since and really love it. It's a Panasonic Slimline and has a grill too - and was only £99. I can really reccommend it.
Other gadgets I have are a stick blender - bought in May after my old jug blender finally gave up the ghost; OH's breadmaker - which he uses but not me, a toaster - used most days; a Lakeland yoghurt maker. I bought that in May too (birthday money hence all the spends) and use it weekly. I make a litre of yoghurt which I then strain and it lasts me all week (Cost around 60p). I use the whey I've strained off for making scones or bread.
Meal plans today will include fish and chips as it's our shopping trip out. A small portion of fish and chips is only £1.60 each so doesn't break the budget and I often give OH some of my chips and always take the skin and hence one side of batter off. I'll probably have a Coke too.
Have a good day everyone.
