    Morning ladies.

Weigh in for me this morning and I am very happy to have lost 2lbs yay. Considering I did a binge eating day and have struggled to get back into SW I am so pleased.

Its our wedding anniversary today (3 years) but am not doing anything special for tea. Will be getting DH to try Tacos but I suspect that he wont like them to am prepared for him to have something else lol. He is such a fussy eater tut tut.

Hope everyone else is okay and good luck to those who are weighing in over the next few days.

I forgot a few more gadgets that I have since my last post...

Breville sandwich maker with removable plates - used about once a fortnight.

Kenwood electric carving knife - haven't used it in about 3 years as I find it shreds meat.

    Food today.....

Breakfast - Porridge with semi-skimmed milk & raisins & glass of OJ.

Lunch - Onion bagel toasted with extra light cream cheese with garlic & herbs.

Dinner - Bacon & mushroom tagliatelle with 1 slice garlic bread & salad.

Snacks will be Activia yog, mandarins & maybe a fig roll with my afternoon coffee.

Congratulations to all who have lost or STS. :T :T :T

Happy Anniversary to Mummygem & everyone else that has/had anniversaries around now.

    Anyone on WW?

Wanting help with some points and didn't know where to post it - so sorry if it's not in the right place :)

Went to 'the living room' for lunch had the grilled chicken (carefull my halo might slip!!!)

But it was a skin ON grilled chicken breast with a thin cream sauce... would have been rude not to eat it - but wondered what to point it as???

Was guestimating 12 to be on the safe side - what do you think????

    YAY..... a fellow WW'er!!!

    Well it was:

skin on grilled chicken breats - guessing 5?
    Fondent potato approx 150g - guessing 3?
thin cream sauce - guessing 4?

it's my first day properly tracking again after a LONG procrastination!!! so don't want to mess it up by under estimating!

I did do a spin class this morning so should have banked a few bonus points, but want to err on the side of caution rather not.

I used to watch a spin class - held at one end of the gym I used to go to - used to find it fascinating while I was doing my cool down stretches - but didn't think it looked particularly enjoyable!! :p
