All over! We start in the Bay of Islands on the North Island, down to Auckland then Rotorua. Then it's down to the south island: Nelson, Blenheim, Cristchurch, Fox Glacier and Queenstown. It's quite a "trip of a lifetime" and we've been saving up for some years!!!

    Hi Guys!

Got back about 2 hrs ago and feel shattered but had a great time away and the weather was lovely. Only missed 2 days out as I couldnt get out but OH & DD got out which is the main thing. Found an excellent shopping outlet at Portsmouth which was sooooo cheap! Mum gave OH & I £100(she would not take NO for an answer and gave DD £50 too...Mad woman!)so we treated ourselves to a few bits we had been after for a while. OH loved the Oakley outlet (t-shirts £10) and I loved the Le Cruseut (sp) outlet:D ....got some soup bowls which I have liked for a while reduced to £10 for 2 which are normally £35 and have cute lids on them. Probably spent around £150 in total, but on things that we needed mainly...DD got some trainers that she really needed and offered to pay half but had budged them. Visited friends for a few hrs and had dinner round there. Saw the new Batman film and is brilliant! Had a great time away and hate that I am back and facing reality!....nevermind:rolleyes:

It didnt go so well with my mum and she just offered to fund a full-time carer for me which isnt what I wanted. She thinks she can throw money at all problems and they will disappear but with health this isnt possible.

Back in hospital Sunday evening for a couple of days and this SHOULD be my last lot of treatment for this particular problem with repeat tests to follow in a few weeks to make sure all is clear. Am also at Kings later this week, so a busy week at the hospitals...more pin cushioning:eek:

Anyway, I hope all is well as I havent read through the threads.

    Hugs and kisses to all.

    PP
    xx

Thanks for the support re my cat. Much appreciated. Police and RSPCA have been notified and my scared 4 year old is happier again after announcing earlier that he was too scared to go outside incase a bad man shot at him too. :(

I wouldn't like to say how many of my plans for the day I have not achieved...tomorrow I'll do more. Honest. :)
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.
