Contract cancelled.
I rang 3333 then pressed 1,5,3
Spoke to women called "Pooja" i think that they must be getting used to people cancelling.
Cause they are trying everything to not let you cancel.
I just told them they could say what they want but i would still be cancelling the contract.
Result.
Just got to find a good new 3 contract now. LOL (Missed out on the 6630 for £3.99p/m)0 -

People need to give 3 (or anyone) a chance to reconsider changes they don't like - best to do this in writing - before finally cancelling.0 -

The women was just going on about do you use all your minutes etc etc etc.
Then says have a look at your account blah blah blah.
That is why i said just cancel the contract. Cause for most people the increase is not an issue, cause it will hardly effect them. It is just a chance to get out of a contract early.0 -
Do you think there will be a problem if i try to get a new three contract. Now i have just cancelled my present one.

*** Contract closed (well within 30days)*** :j
Finally about 6 calls later and a complaint letter (and loads of arguments) .
The advisor even offered me to unlock the phone for £15 - however
after calling them the next day to find out how long the unlocking code is going to take- they explained that *THREE* do NOT provide unlocking codes for NOKIA  . hmmmmmmmmmmm
Advised me to go back to the dealer who will unlock - (CPW)
Phoned CPW who advised only THREE can do this only.
Called THREE again and they told me they don’t have the codes and cannot help!
how am I supposed to get the code - as far as am aware of from the unlocking forum on MSE :money: the only place that can provide me the code is the network provider however they say they don’t provide codes for nokia
Anyone successfully unlocked a nokia 6630/6680 via three OR knows any way round this situation?ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED!
Dont forget to Press the *THANKS* button

I rang them today on 0800 3586795 & spoke to a very polite but persistent girl 'Jolene' in Customer Services this evening. She went back n forth over 4 times before giving in & said she was transferring me to 'Customer Options Dept' to arrange cancellation.
After holding for an incredible 59 minutes(h/free phone) I am now, strangely an expert in all aspects ofsignature tunes & all their latest advertised services
Sadly though, the human voice who did answer after my elongated hold proclaimed she couldnt hear me & that I would have to call back. Once my screaming at the handset & scaring of my neighbours had elapsed , I regained some composure & realised that the voice of the woman in Customer options was uncannily similar to the CS rep 'Jolene'. Personally though I suspected 'Jolene' wouldn't take away my contract, even though she could, she could, she coouuld.....
In case it helps others though, they were persistent in finding exactly when I received their cleverly worded 'price hike letter', possibley so they could claim I was outside of their 30 day notice clause, but surely Three wouldnt be that devious or would they ??
