I rang up three to cancel my contract on the 26th Nov, although I had rang up a few days after the 30 days of receiving the letter (change in price plan) I was told my contracts (have two !) would be cancelled and that I would receive a letter confirming this. A month on having not received a letter off Three I rang up customer services today only to be told my contracts had NOT been cancelled and that I would incur a termination fee.
Where do I stand legally on both issues.
    1. Having been told my contracts were cancelled when infact they hadn't.
    2. Not informed of termination fee when I rang up in Novemeber, but now they want to charge me this fee.
  • about all this, i have not received any informations regarding either of my three contracts with any changes to the price of calls etc.

    what is happening?
