Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, springs to mind i wonder if he came from Leicester.
I recieved an email back from Immigration saying they would look into all people that were connected to Furniture Deal, Directors and workers and that they would contact me later with regards to the information and names that i sent to them.
At least its an other avenue to try.0 -

Have hust rang Leicester police not very helpful - they told me they would pass it to their crime bureau who would look at it but she didn't sound very hopeful - so I think we will need more people to ring and report, so come on please everyone ring Leicester police and report so we can bring these thieves to justice.0 -

Really put your case together Mohammed. Gather a dosier together of all the people that you have contacted regarding this and send it off to them with a covering letter.
Good luck.
i am going into my local CAB on monday and that is a good idea, i have sent a dosier to them already which they have said is not good enough, i now have the financial ombudsman on my side waiting for banks reply in letter so they can fight my case for me. Banks most certainly have a duty of care.
Thanks for help0 -

Me too, thanks to everyone on here, keep going so we all can have justice, this is a big fraud. Special thanks to those who have had thier money back and still are fighting for us.0 -

Haven't been on for a bit as I've been busy but I don't intend to stop pursuing this. I paid by maestro and Natwest bank have been entirely unhelpful. I'll join you in contacting Leicester Police and will also go to cab and ask about their position in supporting me with duty of care from the bank.
Last time I went in to the bank the customer service operator was someone I knew and I want to go in when she's not there. It's too awkward trying to complain to someone you know (but not well enough to feel comfortable about it).
I'd also like to thank those who've had their money back but are still here and working to fight these fraudsters.0
