Guys I have just rang the serious fraud office and they told me that they cannot deal with this and told me to ring the official receivers department in Leicester 0116 2795800 i'm ringing them now

Ive just been in touch with themand given them all the details and they have taken my number and will be getting in touch, please everyone take the time out to ring them we need to bring these dogs to justice, they would even sell their own mothers for money

Is this the same as PKF as I have reported them there?

hi dolly...No this is not PKF , these are the guys that the company has to go to before they appoint their liquidators , so FD would have had to contact these people before they appointed PKF as their liquidators but from what I gathered I think these guys are able to investigate any complaints of fraud etc....when I spoke to them they said that there had been a lady who rang in about this previously saying that her goods had not arrived so that may well have been you... They will get back in touch with me and let me know whether they can take any action

Have just rang official receivers in Leicester 0116 2795800 and reported my case, they have took all my details, they also told me to ring Leicster police because this is criminal not a civil case. Has anyone tried this??

hatton....good on you for ringing them, everyone else please ring them also then someone will have to take notice of this...I rang the police up when all this first kicked off and they told me that this would be a civil matter if the company had undergone liquidation so I left it at that at that point. Anyone got the number for Leicester police I have lost it because I will try again if it might help us in our fight against these lowlifes

I emailed PKF my complaint, but will call the OR as soon as (bedridden with piggy flu now).
