Can anyone give any advice on how we start the search to find out who supplied FD with our goods?

Does anyone have an email addy for FD that they have had joy on? Need to email again as I am still not being acknowledged by them or PKF!!!!!

Hi, just joined the thread, however have been watching for several days now as we also got caught, albeit we paid by visa. We are pursuing it through the credit card company, and are required to have a copy of the Liquidator/administrator's letter. To this end I phoned PKF in Leicester to ask, as I was a customer, why hadn't I received one of their creditors letter. A lady told me that they had only been able to contact customers that the directors had told them about, but that she would add me to the list and send me a letter in the post. I also asked her to send me one via e-mail.

However, very interestingly, she said that Furniture Deal were not yet either in administration or liquidated, and that PKF were just advising the directors. She went on to add that almost certainly they would be liquidated and that would be decided at the creditors meeting next week.

Just wondered where Dolly-Rocket's UKdata company gets their info from?

PKF have emailed me back now and have attached three documents (I'm guessing the standard letter etc as I can't open on this laptop).

Well at least I have that. Still waiting to hear from the C0-Op about the forms I requested last week. Just want to get a move on now.

Just checked my bank and all my money has been credited to my account by LloydsTSB.
Still waiting for Morris Furniture to get back to me to let me know the date that FDL would have known they would not get deliveries from them.
Informed Liecester Trading standards about what I think of FDL's Fraudulent practices.
Hope they go to gaol.
