You should have seen the furor! I had to apologise and edit the post to remove it. :rotfl:
(I've included it here, but please don't kill me!)
I quite like all the different signatures and yours is interesting cos it shows what you are aiming for :T .
I mainly frequent the Grocery Challenge on the OS board so mine reflects that, as you can see.

OK, I will vacate this board now, just to say, keep on encouraging each other and hugging!!
I will no doubt pop by again now and then for reasons mentioned above.

Each group has its own rules, 'uniform' and ways of communicating.
People congregates where their personality, goals and also insecurities about aspects of their lives suit them most - perhaps with the latter because it gives them some kind of comfort zone of some kind - good or bad. Never the twain shall meet and woe betide a nerd getting in the path of a pretty but vacuous b-itch in the corridor at break time.
I've read the post you started Amy and sadly, it was spoiled by someone who seems to get a kick out of being smug and sniggering at the way others live their life.
However, peoples situation can change ......be nice to him folks when his circumstances change and he needs to chang 'gangs' to the nerds..............;)
Whoa, hold on a second!!!
Firstly, apologies to xxAmyxx (or whatver she's called) for jumping on her as she appeared to be one of genuine ones, but over the past few weeks there have been a number of "your lot" who have come over onto "our" forums for help and advice with their situations and then when they've been given the advice they've scoffed at it, chucked the toys out of the pram and accused all those that gave good advice as being "unconstructive" and then reported the comments made as abuse to Martin and got the thread closed down. I'm sorry but that is just bollox and yes it does pi$$ me off no end and others.
If people want advice then they should accept that what they get told probably won't be want they want to hear - it really is as simple as that. If you can't face being told the truth then don't come asking for advice!!!!! How much simpler do you want it?
I don't "do" frills with my replies, unlike you folks who don't understand the concept of just telling it like it is. Sorry if you don't like that or don't agree, but that is me and how I work and I've no time nor patience for tell-me-what-I-want-to-hear time-wasters.
Kind regards,

I wish I'd know about you guys sooner (god I'm getting all slushy on you!) I actually had to change my screen name recently because I had someone from the vent board following me around tearing apart everything I said (I must be famous...I had my own stalker!) and it was really starting to get me down, which doesn't help when you're already down from things going on in your life (I'm up to my eyeballs in debt!). I asked for the mods to look at their postings past and present to see what a bully they were (they do this to other people to) but they are still using the boards so I don't think anything was done about them. The only way I could get them away from me was to change my name.1st Aim = Pay off Virgin CC - £3929.110

Thank-you, you've all already restored at least some of my faith in humanityJust feeling jaded over various news items about stabbings, some scams at other people's expenses and then to top it all I found out today that a friend had an accident where a loose dog broke her leg (over exuberance not aggression from the dog) and the owner of the dog just left her alone in a field to call for an ambulance and wait, in great pain, for one to arrive. Thankfully the paramedics were quick but people do sometimes die of shock and she could have had internal bleeding or anything:mad:
