I gave up asking for a deadlock letter, but asked that they send me what they are saying in writing, which they have actually done. However they have not used the term 'deadlock letter' or 'final position' as they did in emails. It just states that I can not cancel without charges.
Can I count this as a deadlock letter, or will I have to ask OTELO do you think?0 -

My case is that i have not got access to the internet.
After finally giving up on a deadlock letter i am waiting for the 12 weeks (from Aug 5th) to be up so Otelo will take my case. Until then they can do nothing for me.0 -
otelo sent me a standard letter, they wont get involved as it was a commercial decision and as such out of their hands. load of pap

I believe that was me. I've just had the forms to sign and return with all my paperwork. This 'commercial decision' thing seems ridiculous, maybe I'm reading it wrong but otelo could still reject the case. We'll see what happens, I'm sure I'm reading it wrong seeing as how the guy on the phone at otelo said there could be a case, and filled out all the forms for me.dont give up as someone on this thread said that otelo said they may have a case about 3 not informin us properly0 -
ok ive sent another email to otelo requesting them to reconsider,
can everyone with an otelo complaint going through, give a quick update ???
