No I haven't, I'd be shouting about it if I had! Still fighting the good fight though! Logged complaint with OFCOM and sent final letter recorded delivery a couple of days ago.
  • THanks guys!!

Been away since 13/8 and found my letters waiting (dated 4th Aug of course!!).

Have emailed exec office, and sending letter to customer services by a trackeable method.

Contract is the £15 texter and hugely detrimental when you count up the calls...

    Will keep you posted.

BTW interesting article on you and yours R4 at the moment about contract changes etc.....

BTW just got a "bounce back" from exec office telling me they only deal with regulatory bodies etc, so sending iot via the "standard" means. GRR!

How long did it take between postign the letter and getting the call? I sent mine 1st registered on Saturday and haven't had the call yet. I'm on the 600/75 deal as well, signed Sept 07.
#the whole thing took about a week but this was because i kept missing the calls from three. they first started ringing about 2days after i had sent the letter

I sent a letter and they keep ringing me, but everytime they just tell me to hold the line, and put me on hold for ages  I end up putting the phone down.

I wouldn't call that success at all, sounds like you're easily pleased!
