Have you emailed the exec office direct? if you have they will call you back, it may take a few days but is def worth it.

Started my renewal contract in January 08 on Direct Text 950. Called last Sunday to cancel contract.
Said that nobody informed me of the new terms and that the per second billing was very detrimental to me.
Stroppy guy in Mumbai just gave me the PAC code, never mentioned anything about 30 days then put the phone down on me.
Went to CPW on Monday and bought the iPhone. Number has today ported over fine from Three to O2.
Presume now I will get a bill for the 30 days then that will be it?0 -

update - after emailing them yesterday (after failed telephone conversation on Wednesday) I have received a text from them saying that as I called already this 'query' is resolved!!! Bloody cheek!
Another, more strongly worded email on its way :mad:0 -
