Not here to start an argument. If that's what you expect to find on a forum jammed with advice from posters, look elsewhere here - maybe the Arms is more for you.
I would be happy to help you if you want it, which is the only reason I asked the original question.
There is no point contacting them before a breach has occurred, if you want to take advantage of the contract terms regarding termination within the minimum period without incurring early termination fees.0 -

If you are on a mix and match then you will be a per minute customer(i knew that anyway). So I am happy with their reply.
they told me that twice, but it turned out even the staff don't know about the new itemised billing charges. it wasn't until the man i spoke to actually took the time to look at the price guide did they acknowledge something was changing and they weren't aware of it.0 -

what happens if three don't contact us about the itemised billing charge, and just impose it? they have until July 31st to inform us i think. i also thought we had a 30 day period in which to cancel if we aren't happy with the new charges? or am i completely going off on a tangent here?0 -
No you are spot on.0

The dates don't come into yet.
If they don't inform us, but simply add it on to a future invoice, then the contract has been breached.
But if they do, then you have 30 days before the charge can be imposed in which to cancel.
Everyones dates will be different depending on their billing day.0 -

ah right, i'm with you. my next paper bill is due around the 28th... so i'll have to wait another month before i can do anything if they don't announce it. oh well. thankyou for clearing that up for me.0 -
Hmmm. This could be interesting. But it seems to me that 3 always deny that a change is going to apply to you when you ring up.0

received a call yesterday to ensure me that they will not be introducing this charge, and explained that they have a date on the t&cs but that this is continually moved foward ie when we reach the 31st july the date will then change to 31st january So the charge is never actually applied ????
sounded like a load of waffle to me but we will have to wait and see ,
