Many thanks
It's in Orange's in-store magazine as 'coming next month'.Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0 -

I am with Orange and currently have access to 0800 numbers for free. I believe this is due to finish on the 1st Dec so may wish to leave Orange (although I do have the Everyday 50 tariff so may stay with them).
Does 02 still provide access to 0800 numbers for free? Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.0 -
rgjones79: Yeah, we got the dummy N70's in store so the phne should be coming in the next 2 weeks, cracking phone, but keypad is very small.
philayu: I believe taht o2 200, the text promotion is only for three months, after that it reverts back to 50 texts. Think Orange should offer double texts for that 3 month period asweel. Im sure in this months magazine thats what it says.
Stabilo: Cracking tariff but will you wont be able to access 0800 numbers, no networks do them, umer was correct.0 -
Hi Everyone,
I contacted Orange regarding the 0800 numbers and was emailed this :
Hello ******
Orange number ***********
Thank you for your e-mail dated ** October, forwarded from our customer service department.
As a gesture of goodwill, I can apply a freephone bundle to your account. This is free of charge, and will allow you to make calls to freephone numbers.
If this is not acceptable, I can disconnect *********** on ** January, which is the end of your agreement.
I am unable to disconnect your phone before then, as we are offering an alternative.
Please e-mail me by return if you would like the freephone bundle applying to your account, and I will arrange this.
Yours sincerely

:-) Well i sent it to customer.services@orange.co.uk it was then passed to someone who works in retentions. I dont wish to give out their email on a forum so im guessing the best way to do it is to email the address above saying that you know about the freephone bundle

The general CS address is fine thanks. If it works it will save me (and countless others) several hundred pounds per year. It's nice to know Orange still value some of their customers.
I will send my email now and let you know how I get on. I did email the CEO of Orange over the weekend but not surprisingly he's not got back to me yet. If successful you will receive my October post of the month nomination. Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.0
