Wish now I'd ordered more...........only got two and now I keep thinking of other folk who would like them.......................lol
(OH thinks I should finish off what I've got before I start thinking of anything else, otherwise it'll take me till next Easter to do it all................lol)

I don't normally advocate this but I'd do what your OH suggests and make the ones you have and if you like them/get on ok then get some more.

Easter Bunny door hangers would be lovely, don't you think? :rotfl:

    rainmac - you're right.................so is OH.................lol
I've yet to get the paper for these...........all the stuff I've got just wouldn't be right for my grandchildren ..........thought I might be able to get out today and get some but one of our lads has gone of out (doesn't have a key) 'back soon' says he............that was an hour ago....................lol
Have to admit, I'm a bit nervous about starting them in case it all goes wrong............but I'm like that with everything so nothing new there...........lol

For anyone interested in having a go at making a door hanger but doesn't want to buy the wooden/MDF hanger there is going to be a door hanger template on this website later this week/early next week that you make with cardboard... http://www.crossstitchermagazine.co.uk/page/crossstitch. It is mentioned in the latest Cross Stitcher magazine (I got it today) but the website isn't showing the template yet. I know the site mentioned is a stitching site but you don't need to stitch anything to make the basic hanger ;)

    HTH :D

I did think about cardboard ones, but thought mdf was more robust for the littlies in my tribe ;)

I just bought two as well from the same seller. See how I get on with it first before I order too many. I like the Thomas the Tank engine you made rainmac. My 3yr old would love that, might steal your idea and do something similar if I can find paper and stickers...

Well, got my hangers, got my card...........just need to get time when I know I'm not going to be interrupted by kids giggling and saying 'what 'ya doing now????'...........they think I've gone totally daft !!:rotfl:

Our craft shop a bit uninspiring, especialy for paper for boys stuff so I ended up getting some dark brown that had a sort of wishy'washy look to it and got some motoring embellishments (steering wheel, and stuff like that) then realised I was going to put a pocket on it !!!!!! and I've got a load of nice buttons I got with a 'kit'.................oh b****** !! I should make a list and stick to it !!
