Its great to have another competitor, however the price structure for home choice is below par. There is nothing to tempt me away from NTL and may not be wise for any of us to use Home choice as a threat when trying to reduce NTL bills, I think the move would will be laughed at by NTL customer service.
If home choice is part of BT i fear that the service will be a long time in the Digital market before it can match NTL prices.

I just rang them and I dont think I'll bother because the guy that answered (sounded early 20's) couldnt get off the phone quick enough! Not a very nice introduction to potential new customersThanx

The freephone number supplied in this post (08000520243) is no longer valid but an alternative is given (0845).
Anyone know any more freephone numbers?
Thanks, Ash0 -

If its for NTL and you already have the phone on special rates the call is free, however if not its worth paying the local rate to change.Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

What do you mean special rates cos? If you mean talk 24 that doesnt cover 0845 numbers or 0870 or mobiles only 01 or 02 uk landlines and no international. Which one covers the 0845 ones then?
It said when I rang the NTL 0845 phone as I was waiting it was about 5p per minute, I still think its a lot when you hold for a long time and its really bad when your complaining about a mistake they have madeThanx
