i explained i can get it faster for cheaper on adsl she didnt listen apart from to tell me adsl is useless and they cut the speeds - i explained so do virgin and she denied it ..

Hi mate the reason u get charged 37 pounds is the broadband is charged separately on a different system do u have the telco and tv services if u do u probe get the discount of your telco bill have a look and see if there is any discount on that bill and take that off your 37 pounds bb charge and see what u are left with if its around 18.50 then u are getting charged what u where quoted its just that they have put the discount on a different bill silly I know but that's the why the system is ran at the moment here0

I only have broadband, no use for the phone or tv services, I don't get a bill all I get is the direct debit email0 -

Should be able to get 40% off if you suscribe through broadband extras, however the file you download doesn't apply the discount
We've spoken to virgin serveral times and been on the phone for up to an hour and been passed around the departments and no one there has a clue what we are taking about, think one person said he'd heard of it but didn't know anything about it
So we phoned napster and they were a little bit more helpful and tested the downloading and installing of the file and decided it was a problem at virgin's end so we have got no where
Is there a virgin media discount code or something that we could just use when siging up to napster?0 -
in that's case IM not aware of us just offering the bb at that price if u have had it longer then 12 month ring them say u want to disconnect and u want the service to be cheaper ond they can maybe add a bundle off on to bring the cost down . but ill be honest with u I don't fancy your chances of getting the money back u can push for them to add a discount on so u get that price and they may do it if your a existing customer

just called again (option 4 - thinking of leaving ntl option)
was told i was paying the correct amount.
and they didnt seem to care if i could move to faster dsl for cheaper.
they did say if i wanted to save money why not downgrade to 2meg
