I would sell it on ebay, you will get more cash for it, and it is a more reliable method. You can also charge for postage which will enable you send your goods insured and safe.0

This seems to be very common with love2recycle. It is now a week and they have not received my phone yet. I will wait for 15 days and then claim with RM. I did get a certificate of posting. The annoying thing is that I spent £15 to have a new LCD screen fitted and then my son said he is not going to use, he wants a new one. I am supposed to get £4 + £5 voucher total £9. I wonder whether RM will compensate the £9. I am surprised to find this is a very common with love2recyle, I wonder whether the company is not honest.0

We had a massive clear out of old phones in light of the £5 offer at love2recycle. We ended up with about 10 in total, ranging from a 3210 to a K800i. They seem to have all been received okay.
I was concerned about the confirmation email from them not mentioning the £5 offer, but thanks to comments Sheli_K and Jenni363, I will hold back on exploding about that one.
However like Grandmaster, we have now received two emails saying that the 3310s we sent them are faulty (both of them). I tested every phone before I sent them out. They were all working aside from the very old (and sellotaped!!) 3210, which I actually stated as faulty.
Shall I ask if they should post them back and we can try elsewhere? I know they will only be worth prob £2 tops - but £2 is still £2 - It's freepost after all! Please continue to hold the line. Your call is very important to us and will be answered by next available robot...0 -
Hi everyone, after sending 2 old phones to Mopay on the post, I still haven't received payment (which is M&S vouchers).
Every time I call them they say it's on the post, it's on the post and it's on the post....bla bla bla.
I lost hope so my advice is Do Not Use MOPAY!!0 -
I have received an email from love2recycle just to let me know that they will be late with their payments and they have received the phone. So, I guess, it has been tested as ok, no mention of the £5, my concern is the promotion ended on the 28th Feb, the day I sent the phone. My order went through on the 25th Feb.Will see what I get!!0

ive not read this entire thread but
registered to say avoid Mopay
i had a Motorola V3i for 3 yrs with no scratches or marks, no problems
posted it to mopay, after 7 wks recieved letter saying it wasn't in working condition and worth a value of 00 -
i went with mopay and got the money (not vouchers) really quickly!
They are changing premises at the moment and post is being redirected to them, also a delay on vouchers.
I emailed them and got a reply within 48 hours and was quite satisfied with them.0 -
I sent off my Sony Erickson P990i and some other old Sony I had kicked around for the last 12 months to Envirophone and got £60.00 something back..
Personally I was quite pleased with that, neither of them would have sold for anywhere near that much on eBay. Not to mention they'd been scratched and bashed around a fair bit whilst I'd been using them.0 -
I sent 3 phones to love2recycle back in February but they are claiming not to have received them. I did get proof of postage but stupidly I lost it.
To be honest I suspect foul play here as I have seen a few other posts saying love2recycle have claimed to not have received phones, but really it's not like packages of that size could get lost in the post more than once in a blue moon.
So what do I do now? How do I get my money back? It was only £20.50 but that's a lot of money to me and I can't really just say goodbye to it.
Any advice as to what I can do is appreciated.0
