on atkins we usually eat fage total greek yoghurt as its the lowest in carbs and lovely and creamy.. am sure that would be fine for your plan
i just had 100% beefburgers with home made coleslaw and some mushrooms.. rest of the family had spuds with theirs
www.fitday.com is another place u can go to that will count yr carbs etc for you.. bear in mind its an american site so u need to deduct the fibre gram amount from yr carb total to get the correct amount
oh and in supermarkets stick to the outer aisles rather than going down the middle ones thats where the nasties are lolWhen you know better you do better0 -
Morning everyone!
I trust we have all had a delicious breakfast to start the day?
I don't think I did too well yesterday, but i'm going to keep an eye on the carbs today, i've got plenty of chicken in the house, so that's going to help
Hope everyone has a good day

Morning all!
Well, after not feeling inspired re: dinner last night I ended up treating myself to a steak burger (with no bun, o'course:D) from M&S. It was delish and only 2% carbsIn fact there were two in the pack so I can have the other one tonight and it was buy two packs for a fiver I think, so I have the other pack in the freezer:D And I had some broccoli and green beans with it in caesar-syle butter with parmesan cheese.... mmmm it was yum! I was so full afterwards I couldn't move! lol
This morning I had a slice of cheese and salami before leaving for work and might go and may have some Total 10% fat yoghurt in a minute if I get peckish. But I was organised again today and brought in a ham salad for my lunch... will wonders never cease?!
Have a good day everyone:)
Much love,

Good stuff Shykins and Sazzy!
I had cheesy scrambled eggs for breakfast, and am now having a small glass of milk.
It's going to be a leftover chicken skewer for lunch with a slice of ham and a babybel.
For dinner, chicken breast I reckon with BBQ seasoning, although I have to check the carbs on that, but it's only a flavouring so it might be ok, although could contain sugars.. :undecided.. otherwise I might do it in cream and add a little indian spices or something.. along with brocolli and cauliflower with grated cheeseBSC Member 155

yeah, i think bbq sauces often contain sugar but if it's a 'dry' seasoning then maybe not? best check tho i guess:) Putting my Old Style thread hat on for a minute, you could probably make your own bbq seasoning then you would know for sure there's no sugar in it? Perhaps mix up a pinch of paprika, some dried herbs maybe, and some salt and pepper? Some good ideas on this thread

I'll make my own little marinade then I reckon..
Anyone know if we are allowed coconut cream? I make indian curries from this, so i'm not sure? It's very creamy though...i'll see if the t'internet says anything..
