Tinkerbell, it's really interesting to see what you eat as you're a vegetarian. I'd forgotten about Quorn etc., imagining you eating cheese all day long!

Shykins, I'm on ABs too at the moment. They're not making me feel sick, but I feel soooo hungry this week - I wonder if they're the reason. Hope you get better soon.

i've been feeling a bit queasy since yesterday - dunno why - i'm not on ab's. Had to force myself to eat my lunch yesterday  It seems to come and go tho - felt ok last night, but iffy again this morning... hmm, maybe i'm allergic to the office :rotfl:

Shykins - hope you feel better soon. I'd just have light stuff - maybe soup? Chicken consomme perhaps with some low carb toast or crackers maybe? Take care hun x

    Daisy  here's mine:

B: half hi bran crispbread with butter and chorizo
L: Salad, homemade coleslaw and sliced cold meat
D: Steak I think, but not sure what with it yet
    - and two litres of water which I haven't even started drinking yet!

Have a great day everyone

    Much love,

Oh, I eat LOADS of cheese (and eggs).

It's why my loss is slower than meat eaters :(

    I do now :rotfl:

    and whats an oopsie?

I read a good part of the Atkins book last night and the recipes which suprised me as we tend to eat just meat, cheese, eggs as they are and its a bit boring sometimes.

I've not got round to making them yet, but they are a low-carb version of a soft roll. Recipe in this post.

found a flax cracker recipe for you flaxmeal lovers
Better Than Crisp Bread Flax Cracker - makes 1 cracker2 Tbsp flax seed meal
    2 Tbsp water
    spices to taste (optional)

In a bowl, mix flax seed meal with water and spices (I use a fork). Let rest 2-3 minutes. On a piece of parchment, press and gently spread the mixture with a fork, until the shape desired (usually a 4" X 8" cracker, Microwave for 2.5 minutes or until cracker is solid. Let cool.

Nutritional information: Technically, this is almost 0 carbs per cracker due to fiber, but you should count it as 1

ooo - sounds fab!!! :j:j :drool::drool::drool::drool::drool: I do love my flax. Can't wait to try this and so simple to make too - thanks hun! xx And amazingly, I do actually have some baking parchment, inspite of the fact that when I was buying it in Sainsbury's recently, Mr Gilly Badger declared "I'm not having baking parchment in the house" - coz he thinks it's too fancy sounding, or sommat, so I says "Oh ok, so how about if I call it non-stick baking paper, then?" and he said, "That's alright then, I'll allow it":D :rotfl: Isn't he just adorable!:D

Are you feeling any better shykins? have you had something to eat yet?

    Sxxx
