you can get low carb tortillas but they're still quite high in carbs - 8g each i think.

You can make "oopsies" if you are desperate for a bread alternative (the recipe will come up if you do a search) but they can be a bit of an aquired taste, and not carb free either.

I make the normal oopsies and then make one huge flat wrap version too - yummy with a very thin omelette inside

an oopsie is less then 0.5g of carbs anyway ;)

More ideas for a work lunch, based on what I normally take to the office:
    - Olives (garlic stuffed!)
    - Peppers stuffed with feta
    - Vine leaves stuffed with onion and mincemeat
    - Coleslaw
    - Hard boiled eggs (oops, covered that!)
    - Tofu pieces or a can of braised tofu
    - Whole almonds or brazil nuts
    - Garlic mushrooms
    - Sandwich meats (veggie in my case) wrapped around cream cheese

oh i love having a doner kebab too - lots of chilli and mint sauce !!

yesterday i had 2 fried eggs with a slice of lc toast
    lunch was hm chicken soup
dinner was small leftovers from the night before - chicken and leek thing with veggies
snacked on corned beef and crackers and cream cheese
did a walk/run type thing and a body pump class

today worked this morning so grabbed a slice of cold meat on way out the door
lunch was bacon egg lc sausages mushrooms and toms
dinner is going to be jamie olivers new sizzling beef in black bean sauce - slighlty tweaked - going to add a few beansprouts and serve with cauliflower rice - not made the rice before so will post the verdict
did a step class after work but had a sore toe so didnt get super high energy but was better than lying on the sofa

enjoy your sat nights everyone - esp that kebab !!

well the verdict on the cauliflower rice is in......

it was more like cauliflower cous cous - i think i processed it too long an made it too fine
dont get me wrong - it was nice and we enjoyed having something to soak up the sauce fro the sizzling beef which was also delish but i think i would have liked it a little bit more textured but it was all good

    lovely lovely dinner :)

editted to add - forgot to add the beansprouts but it was still nice !!

I only ever made it with a processor once. I prefer it grated - still plenty of texture. It's a great side dish though for anything you'd usually have rice with ;)
