Well after 6 days of induction I have lost 4lb. However this is just the remaining weight I gained in Cornwall.
So hopefully next week takes me into uncharted territory.
To get the weight to come off we have had to cut out dairy. It is a shame as the cream and cheeses were the reason it didn't feel like a diet. But oh well. We may add a bit of cream back into our diet after our 2 week experiment.
Take care and remember - our bodies are temples.
Sazzy has been worshipping at mine all weekend.
xxxGirls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.
I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else0 -
I love the cheese more than meat with this diet i'm not a veggie ,but have become less bothed with meat ,I could become vegitarian ,But i dont think it would be for the right reasons.Had a dinner party last night loads of cheese left yummy!! P.s scales still safe in bathroom XX0

You might be better off with psyllium husks.
Are you taking any supplements?
Taken from a flaxseed site
Constipation Cure One: Linseed (Flaxseed)
I find that constipation - even severe constipation - is often helped by taking linseed or, as it is known in some parts of the world, flaxseed (in Spain it is known as semillas de lino).
Many clients who have suffered from constipation for years and years with no relief have found that when they take linseed regularly as described below it provides them with the relief they are looking for.
Oh and Julian Graves have a sale on including crushed almonds and Flax is £1.99 for 500g for anyone who wants to try out less quantities to start with.

How to lose weight
I should point out that I don't go to the expense of nitrate free bacon, I use bacon bits from Heron (local discount freezer store) £1.35 a kg. Nor do I buy grass fed un medicated beef, though I do buy local lamb direct from the farm apart from that my meal plates are very similar to those shown here but perhaps I'm bit greedier and they are filled somewhat more.

You poor thing, Shykins. Hope you get it sorted out soon.
I didn't need onion sauce as I didn't get around to making a roast. Instead I had two portabella mushrooms stuffed with spring onion, chorizo, mozzarella and Parmesan and then baked in the oven. V. v nice!
Wow, 4lb is a lot for one week, Ravy! I'm crossing my fingers for 2lb. :rolleyes:0 -
