Chart time, and another month ends. I have loaded up the whole months results so peeps can see how the weekly patterns add up.
SOTW is kenny, for shifting that gain of the week before. But also youngbean, for 3lbs loss who celebrates her first stone too - well done for persevering:j . SOTM is Demon Dr, who has lost nearly a stone in 3 weeks and should rightly be proud of that, though so should all the peeps getting there a lb at a time. It all adds up over the weeks and months. Loads of you have beaten this months challenge of 5lbs or more.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Wish i had ajax's weight loss figures for a month!
Loving the #value! symbols, i hate them!!
Well done DemonDoctor and kenny, aswell as everyone else. Fab results!!0 -

Well done to everyone who's had a loss/ sts this week. keep up the good work.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
Thanks for the chart I can safely say that's made me feel a bit better today.
Crap birthday started when my mum forgot it was today (like it's not been the same for the past 35 of them!)Main part of day wasn't too bad but mate who I was supposed to be going out with after RC let me down
topped off by a STS this week and I haven't even had my birthday treat:oWeight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -
having my chill out time now bails . . .
just finished party and cleaned the wreckage from the lounge - but not, alas, the kitchen. Went REALLY well, had 6 guests and took over £80, and have learned some good lessons about amounts to serve and types of food to dish up. it's odd, but things that haven;t sold that well on the doorstep went really well after they'd tried them in context. And i';ve even managed to get myself a sw lunch for tomorrow out of it - crudites and low fat yoghurt dip - yes , back on SW tomorrow. Now if I can just get throught to environmental health and find out if i'm allowed to do them on 'real' people i'll be very happy indeed!
we were wondering whether it would be possible to have a doorstep deli party and an ann summers on the same night. The conclusion was that it would be impossible to explain how you came home from an ann summers party with sticky fingers.0 -

Happy birthday for yesterday Jules, sorry some of it wasn't so great. My entire family forgot my birthday a few years back so don't worry, it happens to other people too
Party sounds great KPC, well done! :T
Delly, well done for getting back on the wagon, always the hardest part. Hope the rest of the week goes well for you.
Thanks for that Serendis, will have a look at that now! :T My PM box did have spance, then spotted a new msg this morning  You can still have cakes etc - I've made a couple from my cookbook and I kid you not they were lovely (and not at all 'diety') :j It's been great to read through my book again, it does make so much sense, still wondering whether to invest in some others...The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
