Bails - sorry to hear about your friend, hopefully they've caught it early enough and the surgery will get rid of it for good. There are lots of success stories for people with cancer nowadays, treatment has come a long way.

Beanielou - sorry to hear of your friend too, you're right, life is pants sometimes, it makes me appreciate my good fortune in having my health and a loving family.

I'd love to have a magic wand to wave that would give that to everyone else.

I am hungry all day, everyday. What I do is make sure I take plenty of fruit into work, and have a huge fruit bowl at home to snack on. You've not got to prepare anything, so it's nice to grab and eat straight away.
Feeling hungry between meals and snacking isn't a problem, you just have to be careful what you have.
Toast is scrummy thou :drool::D
