Vix - would love to see your FB pic but I've deacitivated my account and got a friend to change the passwords so I can't log on.

If I do go back on FB... which is unlikely... I'll have to send all the friend invites out again and I know he'll decline so it'll be ok.

Leyla - my theory about slimming classes is that it's the thought of the weekly weigh in that focuses the mind, however it is possible to lose weight by going it alone - most people here are doing just that. If you decide not to join a class, set yourself a regular weekly weigh in day, and we'll be the class members who praise or encourage you each week.
Anyway enough gassing - have a good week everybody.

Just seen this Lois, thanks, that's what I'm going to be doing +monthly weigh-ins with practice nurse:eek:. At least until I get a job, which will be some time:rolleyes:, and prob after unless I'm getting nowhere with WL (saving for a house deposit). I sometimes get carried away and forget how skint we are
