Hi all - just a quickie to post this link to an interesting story about a man who lost 29 stones on the 'zone' diet.
I saw a documentary on TV about him trying to lose weight, he was really determined to lose it without surgery. I'm glad he's doing well :)

Crap birthday started when my mum forgot it was today (like it's not been the same for the past 35 of them!)
How can your mum forget!! She gave birth to you!
Sorry you had a pants birthday :( but at least you have some emotional blackmail to use on her for a while :D

we were wondering whether it would be possible to have a doorstep deli party and an ann summers on the same night. The conclusion was that it would be impossible to explain how you came home from an ann summers party with sticky fingers.
You made me choke my tea!!

Glad the party went well! :D

I have just realised that my two posts yesterday are not on here and I am not on the list either. I lost an amazing 2lbs:j :j .
I have made a huge effort to eat in the morning and it seems to have paid off. I am still not doing much as I don't have much energy but following SW quite well. I am virtually vegetarian now too. I have followed lots of advice on her and my freezer now has loads of Quorn and other veggie products.

    Happy Birthday Julesgr

Wow, some huge losses this month! Well done babykat, bindiboo,\danni, dmondoctor, julesgr, kennyparkroad, kpc, kymrob, lemondrop, mollymop, raphael, starlight and youngbean.

Demondoctor, If I'd lost as much as you this month I'd be a half way to my target. I have lost 16lbs in total so far since I joined here. I had 4st to lose to make me a sensible weight.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

What a fab idea KPC! You do actually come home with sticky fingers anyway. I went to one and after youve put all the products all over your hands you are kinda sticky. Smell nice, but a bit sticky.

I won a !!!!!! magazine when i went to one. It was soo funny this magazine, oil everywhere! Full frontal stuff though.

One bit i did not like was trying to suck a 9 of hearts playing card from a lady who was 60+ I would definatly reccomend only going if you know everyone in the group!

Hi pooh, yes sorry, I hide anyone on the chart who had only logged in once in 5 weeks and as you had said you were ill, and didn't post for this week... sorry again, I can be a bit of an over zealous, 'make everything neat and tidy administrator:o . But you are still there on my template and I shall update your details now. Well done, you are still -3lbs for this month:j

i got a wii for my birthday it's been keeping me pretty active, and i look after two toddlers so i get a little excersice i'm just too self conscious to go to the gym!

Hi nutty welcome2.gif. Well done on your very first post:j . You've come to a great place for friendly support. I'm really knackered at the moment having just got in from work (everyone else is on leave) so not up to thinking or writing much, but wanted to welcome you: I'm sure others will be along later with sound advice:D .

    Happy Birthday jules for yesterday!
