Thanks for those kind words Missy - my finger is a lot better today - the power of homeopathy!!! If it hadn't improved I was going to go to the doctors to get some A/Bs but I am glad as I really don't like messing up my system with them if I can help it!!
PLG - that was quite a list of jobs to do! I made a list last week and scared myself to death!!
Just had a new financial adviser around tonight to try and make sense of all our insurances, endowments and general financial stuff - we seem to have far too much life cover - better than not enough anyway!
Right - off to watch the last 2 episodes of house we have been saving on sky+....

    Hi All

Its been one of those longs days , my niece stayed over last night shes 7 and can talk for britain , met my mam at sainburys this morning for a change to asda normally spend £45 in asda , spent £60 in sainburys everything is dearer , saying that though i bought some strawberrys they were lovely so sweet and re-freshing.
got back at 12noon in time to put shopping away and hoover through before nurse came to pack my sons abycess its healing well and she hopes that after tomorrow whe will only have to come every other day which will be good.
after that had a meeting with my sons school about his opitions for next year as it is his last and he had to chose a aprenticeship which he will do 1 day a week , he wants either in a motor shop/garage or plumbing so hopefully he will get what he wants.
my neighbour asked me to help her on the pc she only went online last week and is really nervous , i didnt get back in till 7pm so for tea i just had left over chicken curry i had made the day before. at 9pm i layed on settee to watch tv for a hour and fell asleep woke up at 10pm wondering where i was and what happened , my legs are aching and feel really stiff and i dont feel tired now , i was thinking a hot drink and a bad film may do the trick.

welcome patchworkcat and well done on your weightloss so far.:T

Morning:D oh the joys of owning a house, never ending jobs to do, OH and I had the mother of all rows, apparently I am treating him as the builder/odd job man and not thinking/caring about him, oh well the jobs need to get done, so get on with it I say:rolleyes: feel extremely hungry today, that is simply because previously this situation would have driven me to a binge but not anymore, I control it not it controls me so there is always something good to learn in life:D I will just wait for lunch as I normally do and have food then, eating would not make me feel better, just heavier:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I am sure he will get over it;)

    Morning All

Happy to post the result from the MK jury LOST 3.4lb :) so all the gain from the Meatloaf/Bath weekend now gone, as well as a little bit more:j I seem to be gaining and losing on alternate weeks, which is fine. Like I mentioned before, time to relax a little more.

KPC, not sure what to suggest, though it sounds like a driver issue, are you using bluetooth or WiFi for wireless printing? Have you looked to see if the are any updated drivers?

Thanks BB for doing the chart. I forgot to tell you I lost 1lb.
I have a weigh in on a Saturday (for slimming World online) and my friend weighs me on a Monday so I must remember to report in next week. Having moved my PC into another room has meant I spend less time using it, or sitting down, and more time doing things. This weather plays havoc with my pain and general comfort so I am getting desperate for some warm weather. I know that when I up the meds my weight gain can start again!!

Well done suggs on the massive weight loss. I wish I could do that. Maybe its because I am feeding four men and me that I am eating too much.

Matt and i have applied for this scheme thing for people who are key workers to get a discounted rent. Well hope we get one cos it would be the lushest thing to happen in my life thus far. They wanted to know how much we estimate to spend in a month on stuff. It said house insurance but i havent got a clue and my mum had gone out so we guessed about a £100 odd, now i think about it it sounds low? i dunno.
Vix, this sounds exciting. £100 A MONTH sounds way too much to pay for house insurance. Do they mean contents insurance? Or did you mean how much do you spend a month, so how much stuff needs to be insured.
It costs me about £24 a month combined building insurance & contents for a 2 bed victorian terrace, to give you a clue.
Sorry peeps, flying visit, snowed under today redface.gif

    Hi guys & girls!

Hope you're all looking forward to the weekend :)

I've been at my son's sports day today and he had one 1st and two 2nd places in his three races so I'm a very proud Mum! :D

Hey Lysa, good for you entering the Great North run! Maybe you can persuade your friend to run a little bit of the way? ;) Good luck anyway!

Vix, my house and contents insurance is also much lower than that, approx £250 for the whole year for my [STRIKE]mansion[/STRIKE] 3-bedroom semi :)

Wonderful result Lesley, natural remedies are always my first port of call too, I have a long list of personal success stories there :)

Suggs great result  I take it the fat & muscle numbers are good too? I've been 'alternating' virtually all year so welcome to the club!

Congrats to anyone else who has had a good result that I might have missed :)
