hey missy - great ride by Cav. PLanning my schedule so I can watch the life braodcast of Alp duez next wed afternoonI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0

Cav's the man isn't he (sadly I received an unexpected 'spoiler' before watching yesterday)!!! They are due to go over the Galibier (my favourite Col) right when I have to pick up my son from school early on Wednesday when they break up - ARGH TIMING!!!!!0

haha thanks BB, missy and beanie for the combined insurance knowelege.
This is the problemo when you have no clue on these things!! The person reading it must be wondering what kinda stuff i own!
Im still really excited! I know i shouldnt but i am. It was gone midnight and i was still thinking about it. Then this morning i was thinking about tea, coffee and sugar jars and thinking can you buy them seperately because we dont drink coffee!!
Laine: In my opinion you cant beat a bit of sainsburys!! I do like my asda, but i know when my mum has bought things from morrisons or sainsburys. The quality is just not there. Only thing that morrys do better is a chicken and bacon sandwhich filler. If i had enough money and i bought food i would shop in M&S.

Suggs great result  I take it the fat & muscle numbers are good too? I've been 'alternating' virtually all year so welcome to the club!
Fat and muscle numbers have alternated as well, I guess that is just how it goes.Muscle has lost and fat gained? I'll explain later.

Vixarooni - have a look in TKMAXX - great place for unusual kitchen stuff and yes you can buy them all seperately. I just recently got some new ones in a retro style duckegg blue and they are very smart indeed - £2.99 each I think.
I have had a hectic day considering it was my day off! I did some stoozing this am, went to costco and stocked up, then went to the gym (3rd time this week!!) and had a swim! Just had lovely minted lamb burgers and a salad from one of my Dad's lettuces so nicely full up now!
Have a great weekend everyone.

Thanks fitorbust. I normally look around anyway and try and get as much as i can in the sales and what ive gathered from my mum and dads raffles that theyve won. I have got alot of stuff already, its just the big stuff like a sofa, dining table and chairs ect. I must say ive never looked in tk maxx for anything home related, i normally have a look in matalan and places like that.
Im trying to see if theres anywhere else to apply for here cos theres lots of new build places going up in the area cos of some div who wanted to flood the south east of more houses and less green space. Woo.0 -

OMG the m+s adverts r just gorgeousand about 90,000  calories on there own  just to look in my case lol i would never lose weight if i shopped at m+s as i would just live on the choc pudding with cream from the advert but being really determined to lose weight i should probably campain to ban the adverts as they play havoc with being good :A of which i [strike]always[/strike] nearly am.

Evening to everyone!!!
Does anyone know where to find a good. CHEAP knee support?
I was at Tae Kwon Do last night, and my knee has been giving me jip, spoke to the Instructor who told me that with me doing a lot of exercise, it might have a strain on my knees...cos they arent used to it.
So just need to rest it this weekend, so I will be back in action next week.

The cheapest way to support your knee would be a good old fashioned crepe bandage done in a tight way - you could practice your bandaging before you go!!NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0

See thats where i thank the lord himself!
I hate the food they show on the M&S adverts. Wouldnt touch most of it with a barge pole! Its just chocolate that gets in the way of me being missyg size! (and being a lazy bum)
Hope the knee gets better soon youngbean! a nice relaxing weekend is probably what it needs.
Right, im off to wii fit and see what ive put on today, cos i lost yesterday and thats the pattern this bad boy wants to take me in!0
