plg, that will fly off - you've had a major change in your life this week. back from the teambuilding without puking which was an achievement. 3 hours of talking about 'action plans for effective managers' is just too nauseating for words. every feel like you are running around like a na idiot and your 'things to do' list just keeps getting longer and longer? aaarrrrggh! off to go and look at my pics of the wall paintings in tewkesbury to calm me down.0

Morning all and thanks for the chart:D getting a bit despondant seeing a sts every week but hey ho 14 days to the hols and just have to realise this is it:rolleyes: it is def not lack of exercise, well keeping moving exercise with the work to be done i nthe house:rolleyes: and a very close eye on the food, it really does help that there are no shops close by and so we have to do a very big shop these days to last us rather than keep picking up odds and ends, guess it will save i nthe long run and there is no foods in the house that are tempting, boy does my eldest complain about the lack of biscuits:rotfl: :rotfl: and crisps:rotfl:
Have a very busy day ahead finishing off things and the next door neighbours kids aged 3 and 1 managed last night to knock off two bricks from our fence so that is another job on the list, the neighbour the other side has cement he said buy some sand and he will help fix it
So many things i have never done before, fitting doors, pulling up carpets, sanding, sugar soaping, it is like property ladder her:rotfl: can't wait to get to spain and sit and do nothing all day......that will be.....boring:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

. All in all, a good first proper go and it and it wasn't that hard either (nothing is hard compared to running!).
I am also please to report that I managed to have a victory-bootcamp-style week (well, not that strict but quite strict) and I have lost 5.5lbs of the 6lbs I gained last week (!)
That is brilliant Efrieze! Great feeling isn't it!?:T:T:T:T:TWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Morning!!
Well done to everyone this week!
Does it sound sad I was upset last night I couldn't do my aqua aerobics?
Because of the industrial action from the councils, it was closed! I was not very happy.
But what did make it better was the HM Stew and Dumplings I had prepared earlier!!

Hi all,
an unusual daytime post for me I get to work from home today it helps me in two ways - I get to finish the piece of work I have been doing and needs to be complete for a Monday meeting and it means I don't have to cross a picket line at work, managed to work my way around this yesterday by visiting sites that we needed to photograph. My union is not striking but if it was I would be even though it would be a complete strain on my finances.
I lost 0.5lb this week which is brilliant because it puts me in the 5lb loss club for the first time in a couple of months. Thanks BB for the chart.Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -
Congrats julesgr :T
Don't think I've ever made it into 5 lb loss club0
