the bottles we pay £49 but its less hassle so we will stick to this for the meantime.
we was also speaking to a neighbour who is with flogas and they said they have rang 4 times this week and still no one has called back about a price complaint. i advised them to go to trustpilot as reading some reviews here this helps?0 -
we just spoke to our neighbour who said they had a delivery yesterday from flogas .the driver is leaving next week he said the company is a disgrace. they are only bothered about squeezing money from people like us and have no morals0

I don't think anybody here would suggest Flogas are a model supplier, by any stretch. The rest of the industry may have issues, too, but...0 -

Not really sure why/how bottles could be lass hassle than bulk???
Especially when it's more expensive ...For what size? 47kg? So about 92 litres, which means 53p/litre. Or about 50% more than I'm paying at the moment for bulk.0 -
I do have a suitable place but sticking to bottles for the time being as the last thing I want it a new installation this time of the year regardless which supplier I choose.
I have had confirmation from Calor that the cap they offer of 2.5p is for the whole of year 2. so i think if i do choose anyone it will be calor.0 -
Confirmed pricing for those on the monthly pricing schedule has reduced to 30.76PPL +5% VAT. A welcome move, given the drop in crude oil prices in Nov/Dec. If only petrol/diesel retailers would do likewise!0

With the high cost of LPG you can keep your consumption down by increasing the the output of your radiators.
My sister's previous home was LPG with boiler and rads. The rads were undersized, so I replaced them with size and output
The boiler stat temperature was lowered whilst the room temperature increased from 18/19C in winter to 22C and the LPG consumption was greatly reduced
change your single rads to double rads and fit TRV's and close the lockshield valves to minimal as possible.0 -
That’s an interesting comment bobmac62, Woldlink quoted me last Wednesday 5th December 35 PPL and appear to be using Flogas for my area (Hampshire)0

A handful of customers, like myself who joined WOLDLInK in 2015, have a variable tariff that is confirmed at the start of each month. Sometimes it increases and sometimes it reduces, so we try to purchase when crude oil prices are reducing.
Newer customers enjoy fixed price for a given period, sometimes above our variable tariff, sometimes below. During my supply period with WOLDLINK/FLOGAS I have enjoyed pricing that has been below the fixed pricing schedule on the majority of my purchases. If this advantage is eliminated then I can look elsewhere for supplies as my initial 2 year contact period has expired and I can contract with another supplier.
My dealings with Robert Copp at WOLDLINK have always been pleasant and business-like, unlike numerous other utility companies I have dealt with.0
