Help!!!!!!!!! Getting married in six weeks time and my usual hairdresser has left, who knows where.......I have very thick though shortish hair , and most hairdressers lose the will to live as soon as look at me. I know the rules have changed on paying for parking at hospitals in Wales. What I want to know is, have they been implemented yet and how does it work at Heath Hospital now? I.e. is it free and is it easy to get a space at about 2pm on a Monday?
