Cheap but good (ladies) haircut needed, Cardiff!

Hi all,

I'm about to graduate from Cardiff Uni and need a haircut before graduation day. I usually go back home for my cuts because I find that its cheaper there than in Cardiff (as do most of my mates) but this time I cant!

Can anyone advise on the best place for a cheap (under £30) haircut around here?

My friend goes to a hairdressers on City Road that's reasonable, not sure what it's called though. Possibly Coray & Co?

not sure if this is a help, but every day this week I've been approached in Capital shopping centre by stylists from Vidal Sassoon who are looking for hair models.

Usually around lunchtime.

Might be worth a look for a free hair-cut if you want to take a chance!!

TBH if I had more time for lunch, I'd give it a go.

I got a fab cut for £25 yesterday. It was at Vanilla Rooms on Brandreth Road, just up from Roath Park not far from University Hall.

I went in to town yesterday and saw them all! no one approached me mind - but by then I'd had it cut anyway. gutted!

I am the manager at Creation, City Road and one of our experienced colour technicians has just qualified as a cutting stylist. As our Clients don't know her we are offering her cuts for half price to build up her column, normal price £27, this summer only £13.50!! Just ask for Jess.

Saks are good in Cardiff, just next door to Burger King and Opposite the entrance to Queen Arcade at the bottom end of Queen St.

I had a good, basic cut in Supercuts in the Queens Arcade recently as well. Can't remember how much exactly but under £30.
