Cardiff Recommendations for a restaurant - birthday party
This Friday there are about 12 of us going out in Cardiff for a 30th birthday party. Can anyone recommend a restaurant or bar that has done anything special with balloons, offers etc...? Would like to go to TGI's but they don't take bookings. Thanks
